Resolving Concerns about Your Care

If you have a complaint or concern about your care, please let us know as soon as possible. Our staff should always listen, respond and conduct themselves respectfully, in keeping with our values.

  • Step 1: Start with the person involved. If you are not comfortable speaking with that person, or if the issue is unresolved after speaking with that person, go to Step 2.

  • Step 2: Speak with the person's supervisor, the clinical coordinator or nurse manager on the unit. If he or she is unable to address a concern to your satisfaction, go to Step 3.

  • Step 3: Speak with the clinical manager of the unit. If an issue is not satisfactorily addressed on the unit or within the department, go to Step 4.

  • Step 4: If your attempts to resolve a concern on the unit have been unsuccessful, speak to Drake Center's patient advocate. To contact the patient advocate call 513.418.2853.
